i am very happy to inform u all that i got status update today ... status changed to Decision Made .... Thank God .......
here is the message shown in my status ...

We started processing application on August 20, 2010.
Medical results have been received.
A decision has been made on application. The office will contact concerning this decision.

just waiting for my pp with visa .. till then little tension ....
i am very happy today ... exactly 56days since they received my pp ..
everyday i check my ecas status though i know tht they update only on tuesdays .. now i am relaxed and relieved ...
GUYS DO SHARE UR HAPPINESS INCASE IF ANYBODY GOT UR STAUS CHANGED TO DECISION MADE ... THIS IS A VERY HAPPY NEWS TO SHARE .. LOT OF OUR PPL ARE WAITING HERE TO SEE ATLEAST SOME MOVE IS HAPPENING IN ND OFFICE .... PLS DON'T HIDE UR HAPPINESS TILL U GET UR PP WITH VISA ...

Hello All, Wanted to share with you all my landing experience! First of, I simply loved the Jet Airways experience! I landed on Friday Noon and I must tell you all that Landing at Pearson Intl. went by like a breeze!!!! It was so damn quick! I landed at 12:30 PM and was out of the airport at around 1:15ish! Could not believe it! There was no line up / rush at all. I was directed to go to the immigration room and the lady signed my COPR and asked if I have kids! That's it! Luggage took about 10-15 mins after that. Turned in my Form B4 at customs as I had already typed/printed it up at home! That's it! Oh yes, I was waiting for someone to say "Welcome to Canada" and finally on my way out the Customs guy said it out loud!! Even, at the SIN Office today, the lady greeted me by saying that! Opened a new bank account and got a new mobile # over the weekend! Guys, I know it does not work if someone tells you so, but BE PATIENT! Everything works out in the end! Take me as an example and feel better Good Luck all! hi xyrus, very happy dat u've landed at last after many hardships...congratss!!! hope u r enjoying snowfall in toronto...here in edmonton it startedto snow yesterday...im sure ur wife must b very happy...enjoy ur life ahead... PATIENCE IS THE KEY TO SUCCESS!!! |

Don't lie in your Canada immigration application

It renders you ineligible to immigrate to Canada either for studying in Canada, working in Canada, going to Canada on a Canada visitor visa or seeking permanent immigration to Canada;
It reduces the chances of your family members for Canada immigration;
It shows your disrespect towards rules of laws and makes you suspicious in the eyes of the Canada immigration officials regarding the disrespect you might show towards Canadian laws after your immigration to Canada.
Immigration fraud is considered to be a big threat to the security and integrity of the immigration system of Canada and anyone caught to be misrepresenting the facts is likely to be denied any chance to immigrate to Canada.
The introduction of The Cracking Down on Crooked Consultants Act' on June 8, 2010 is another proof of the fact that anyone found to be involved in fraud either directly or under the influence of any crooked immigration consultants to gain Canada citizenship or Canada visa will not be spared by Canada immigration department.
The government of Canada has introduced several measures to ensure that immigration consultation services in Canada are provided only by notaries, lawyers or registered members of CSIC (Canadian Society of Immigration Consultants).
Anyone giving false information about persecution for making refugee claims is likely to face severe punishment as per the Canada immigration laws.
Remember, honesty is, undoubtedly, the best policy if you want to successfully immigrate to Canada and even a small lie might make you pay a heavy price for your mistake.

Hey Chinthu. It wont take long for you to get it. the decision was made for us on Oct. 11 and on the Oct 14 my husband had his passport in his hands, he lives in Pune. So by the end of this week you should have it depending on your location. so happy for you |
