I DON'T KNOW HOW MUCH IT WILL BE HELPFUL BUT YOU CAN TRY ORDERING CAIPS NOTES AND SEE WHAT IS HAPPENING.

Never approach CAIPS notes before normal processing of the case. Kind information please. |

wat is CAIPS NOTES?
Hello Mirmukaramali ! In CAIPS notes you will get all the relevant information from your file, such as notes that visa officers have made regarding your application, details of processing stages passed, points calculations, and the likely next 'bring forward' date for your file. For detail information on CAIPS process here its the link http://www.caips.ca/faq.shtmlIn your case the reason for delay after medical/ROLF are CSIS (Canadian Security and Intelligence Service) security checks, once its finished you will hold PPR and your passport will be stamped with visa immediately. Requesting the CAIPS notes does not affect the processing of your Immigration application. In turn, resolving any discrepancies found in the CAIPS notes can help the processing of your application. Kind advice wait patiently just for two weeks more wanna soon you will receive good news buddy Best wishes |

Hello RAV23 & Manny Natt!
Whats your ECAS Status ?
Kind advice just wait for one week more and see if not than Send an email at "delhi-im-enquiry @ international.gc.ca". Generally it takes around one month for issue of PPR and mostly it depends case to case and the VOs dealing the file.
On website it says that they won't reply before normal processing time but they actually do.
So better send them mail after one week buddy !

Hey Yug..sorry I missed ur prev post on info abt visa after the interview. From what I've noticed, ECAS changes to in process on a Friday or Saturday (the week you have the interview)after the interview and visa usually comes on the Friday or Saturday the following week...it was the same for me! so u should have ur visa within abt 2 weeks,if everything is ok.tThis has been the trend....but yes...we did have a member who didn't recv the visa for abt 4 mnths after the interview...there are exceptions all the time! I would think u should have ur visa in hand leter this week or early next week for sure! |

Hello RAV23 ! Can you let me know your timelines please i.e Application submitted to CIC M and application received at CHC New Delhi ! Kind attention you can't contact CHC New Delhi without the knowledge of your representative. Even if you contact its your luck they will reply or just advice you to contact through your representative. Your husband has signed the IMM547E agreement I.e He authorized to conduct business on your behalf and receive information on your case file. My Advice approach the representative and request him to enquire on your case file. Regards |

officer told me that he is approving m application n visa will be send soon....let c wht happen i hope soon....
