YEAP  Just finished preparing the package for sending around 100 pages of chat logs, 40 pages of phone logs and 175 pictures of wedding..hope this be enough for delhi.. Not sure if this is a good idea, but MAKE sure that no chat's reveal that she is pregnant ! Just what i think.   |

Well, send enough but not too much, like for example, when my bro filed application for his wife, he didn't include phone bills, his plane ticket, wedding card, chat logs, nothing! even then she was here within 3 months. When I filed for my husband's applicaiton I included everything! phone bills (missing date due to phone i was using) plane tickets, wedding card, even then he was just issued his visa last friday..so if u send too much they might take their time...and if her medical was done before she was prego, and so if u send info on her being prego they might take longer..though not sure if u wanna hide this from them. What do u guys think? |

sending so much details not good idea? should i send less ? Well sending more is not bad at all, they actually do not need more than 6 pics of each occasion when you apply first. Since your case had dragged a bit and now they have asked for more docs..i would send them everything. Send them buddy ! |

You do not need to disclose pregnancy, you only need to disclose it when the child is born. Issue with pregnancy is if they ask for re-medicals at this stage you can not do a x-ray and the child will be born a IND citizen and you have to deal with these idiots again to add the child to the app. |

Looking at your timeline my friend, i would say NO...they do it within 3 months usually..never seen someone being called after 6 months in ND. It is in the last stage of process, once they get the docs they should stamp your Visa Thanks. |

Did she get a chance to meet someone from the visa office or did she just submit the form to the security? They told me that I'll receive my passport in 7-10 days when I visited CHC ND. I think this is the standard reply they have come up with these days.I do not want to say this but looks like all crap. We are in the same boat bc_karan.I am hopeful we'll receive our passport someday. Btwn where are you from?I think you should wait for a couple of days and if you do nt receive anything you should contact your MP. Lets hope your wife receives something in next couple of days. Well first the guard at the door, wouldn't let her in and had her fill out that form but cuz of that other girl who refused to leave without meeting somebody else, the guard at the door let my wife and her inside and they met this other lady (not a VO) and she showed them a list of applicants who need to submit extra doc and she told my wife that since her name is not on that list, they dont require any additional documents from her and told her to wait 10 working days. I I dont hear from them in a week or so..I will contact my MP. |
