I was going to wait until morning... but I think everyone deserves to know...... some sort of movement on eCAS... and I want to share with you ALL my friends!!! 
Today I was attending a function of where 17 students memorized the holy book (Quraan), and yes before I went I did go on the computer and checked my email and eCAS, and yes it showed samething it has been showing since Beg of April 2011... I knew I won't be able to go on the net after I've left the house... now I'm at the function... and this function started at around 2PM and didn't finish until 4:30PM (Sunday Jun 19 2011).. anyways one of the scholar who is the imam of the foundation (Islamic Foundation of Toronto) made an announcement... saying "Today what ever you will ask The All Mighty he will accept it" anyways.. the function is in session now......
To end the function there is the collective prayers (ask The All-Mighty for forgiveness, etc etc,.. and I said to The All-Mighty.. "Allah I'm seriously tired of this, please this time you listen and I really want to hear something good in the morning (Morning of India - Night of Toronto))..... (That's the prayers... and I made in my heart..)

So, I sent them A CSE today. Just couldn't sit here and do nothing. I also sent them a scanned copy of my new passport and the letter in which they had mentioned that my old passport was not fit for traveling and asked me to send a new passport. My new passport had reached there on 13th. The thing that really pissed me off was that they may reply back to use in 28 days. Gosh!! they just have to check it in a computer and let us know what the hell is happening with our application. After all we are paying them and they are providing us a service for that. We have a client relationship with them. We deserve to know what is happening with our application. I do not really expect a reply for the CSE but atleasy I guess this may bring our file out of the limbo if its stuck out somewhere and no one has cared to look back at it. Thanks to you guys for all the support. It has been 5 months since I have seen my wife. I have a question here, my wife is thinking of coming to India next month. Does CHC expects us to let them know if she comes here. If yes, then how shall we inform them?

After the function has finished, I went back in my car, and called my wife, and since I have 2 phones, a friend calls me and he is having some computer issues, lost his skype password, and can't recover, and nor knows the email password so can't even reset. I offered to walk to his house as felt it would be better to take a walk while talking to my wife... he offers to come and pick me up so its faster.. I agreed... He comes.. I tell my wife to sleep as it is around 5:00PM here, but its 2:30AM MONDAY morning in India. I do whatever needed to be done to fix up the issue with skype, and manage to get in to his email with secret question, all is set, now we are waiting for the TEA to arrive, while waiting I decided to go on eCAS on Sunday evening at around 5:30PM.
I was surely taken by a surprise.. ecas has updated to say
IN PROCESS...
Then after I click on it to see what I will see next....
It says the following:
We received MY WIFE NAME application for permanent residence on April 5, 2011.
We started processing MY WIFE NAME application on June 16, 2011.
Medical results have been received.
I was surprised to see that they've worked on the file just 5 days after the first CSE I sent them on Jun/11, also "Medical result received..."
A question for EVERYONE... Does this mean they've gone through the whole file/app, and finally checked the Medical.. in the end.. or does the MEDICAL line come on for everyone who is IN PROCESS?
So to end this.. I'm very glad God has listend and I don't know how did ecas update during the night of India? as I can cleary say that before I left my house on SUNDAY mornig I checked eCAS and nothing was updated.. I remember checking eCAS as early as around 11:30am..
This does look very positive, and I have yet to check if any emails or anything came from them TODAY, nothing was there last night...
Thanks everyone for your support.... and I hope they complete me very soon...
