No one knows what they do when they say BC Verification check. We assume it is just a criminal record... education, job has NOTHING to do for spousal application. |

(Surat) she knows some good places for that, but the Brazilian massage sounds like a good deal.. I'm sure you can't get that in Surat. 2nd that  DNT2003 By now i assume they would have made up their mind to issue a visa pending a BC.
I guess once you send the new PP they will do a small BC or they might not and after you send the PP and if they have already decided to issue a visa it can take 2-3 weeks.
So i suggest you wait at least 2-3 weeks before you send a CSE.

does anyone who if Air India from Toronto to Amritsar flight has a stop over to New Delhi before landing Amritsar ? Its telling me online that it doesnt but heard from agent saying there is a stop over which i dont want. I would prefer direct flight to Amritsar to save time.

Hi sonyji, I hope that you have already sent them a CSE/email.If not then I would suggest you that you should so the same immediately. If your spouse is around Delhi then he should definitely visit CHC ND.If not then you can also send any of your friend who is in or around Delhi.Your spouse/frnd will have to fill a form which includes the file number,PP number,Name, Enquiry etc and then they will call him and will answer his query. divren :so should i also call my spouse to go to Nd and wake them up as it has been several months after the interview..So when he goes there... will they let him in??please let me know???

I know that i can apply for her PR in new delhi office. But can i apply Temporary Resident Visa for her and apply for PR once she lands in canada. I understand that the PR processing will be longer in canada and she cant travel freely during that period., just want to know if that is possible.

This is why we all are here. The minute you state this in the TRV application 95% chances are a visitor visa will be denied, you can try but i would say useless. Yes you need to marry, come back and apply to CPC Mississauga and not CHC ND. This is exactly everyone on this thread did and we do not have any other option. If she applies without bringing you into the pic, she might get a Visa but since you will apply for PR in a few months they will know that you guys hid this fact. |

Only the applicant can inquire in person abt the file not any other friend/relative. In fact even the spouse can not inquire status. |
