I got this reply twice ::
Under Canada's immigration legislation, all immigrant applications are subject to statutory requirements, including medical and background checks. These requirements must be satisfied before an applicant may be granted permanent resident status. In this context, certain background investigations are being conducted in connection with your application. As these investigations are conducted by outside agencies, we have no purview over the processing time. We are therefore unable to give an exact time frame in which we expect to conclude the verifications on this case.
For now, there is no action required on your part. Please be assured that as soon as the checks are completed the next steps in this application will be determined. Until then, we will not be able to provide any additional information on this case.

Dilneet i have sent them mail twice,on first mail i got the same revert,and when i sent them the second mail regarding TAT for visa processing they said it is 6 months I CHECKED SOME OF THE LATEST POSTS BY PRIXIT IN WHICH HE MENTIONED THAT HE GOT A REPLY THAT HE HAVE TO WAIT FOR 6 MONTHS AS THE NORMAL PROCESSING TIME IS THIS.BUT ON THIS THREAD HE IS SAYING THAT HE GOT THE SAME REVERT.
I M A SORT OF CONFUSED BY HIS POSTS............GOD KNOWS WHAT'S THE TRUTH...............

March 17 recieved my app June 25 recievd approoval July 2 PP request July 6 pp sent Aug 23 e-mailed them Aug 25 got reply that file is pending final review Sept. 13 Got Passport With VISA  .. finally wait is over was tough one Good luck to All |

Its been more than a week since CHC received my baby's PP...I dont know how long will they take to issue visa to my baby!! they dont have to do any background checks,relationship genuiness(as in d case of spouse)...I just wonder why they take much time...he is just a baby why cant they understand that the parents frustration of staying away and growing up a baby....My hubby misses each and every moment of being with my baby,its so precious moments and we cant get them back...I know i am gettin impatient but cant help it....I think i made a blunder of delivering in India whereas my baby could have been a canadian citizen if born in canada...but what to do theres no use cryin over spilled milk...sorry guys just pouring out n relieving myself.....  |
