ha ha...dont come to a conclusion that it might have caused the delay..it might be or it might be not !
in my case, I submitted ample photos of all the relationships and the VO have also written notes that enough photos have been provided and they passed the eligibility.
Even then, my case is delayed !
there is no apparent reason for it.
atleast, not in GCMS notes.
to me, both security and criminality checks have not been started (as of April 24, cas thats when the GCMS notes were generated).
we cant be sure why there is a delay.
I agree with you too Vengat,  I was telling that just coz after they requested for additional documents, they took around 50days for the next check  |

:)my status is We received your application for permanent residence on November 16, 2011. Medical results have been received. chc new Delhi request for my passport on 6th march i submitted on 7th march after that they require more documents which i submitted on 29th march 2012 . my cases take longer than the 6 months. is There still be checks to complete once the passport is received? Because they require more documents(past divorce petition and judgement) which i submitted on 29th march 2012. When the documents were requested they given the last date (7 may) to submit the papers. What will happens next? is the file will continue to be process? any divorce applications for spouse visa?  |

It's been 3 months I did not receive any response from Delhi and no PPR yet. My file was sent to New-Delhi on 27th Feb 2012.
eCase says Application Received-- " Application received on xxxx date and medical result received".
Is there anything to do?

I'm sure you will get your visa in early June.  Some cases are completed within one month of processing from New Delhi. is it because they have no travel history? hey guys! ok so our ppr reuest was sent on april 20th. they recieved his passport on april 23rd. on a letter we recieved last week dated may 9th they requested extra documents fb records etc. Which ND recieved on may 17th. Our status on ecas is still application recieved. i believe we will get straight to decision made rather than in process. i'm leaving for india on the 7th. i also attached a copy of my ticket and my pay slip as i work as a preschool teacher. i really hope this process ends fast. i'm not looking forward to the heat. i'm dying to see my hubby though |
