Hi All,
I have received the GCMS notes today !
Eligibility: passed
Medical: passed
criminality: not started
security: not started
they started processing the app on Feb 20 (as it reflects in my e-cas), till then they were collecting documents from CPC-M only.
As of Feb-21, all the documents have been attached to our file, including passport.
VO have written notes for eligibility dated Feb 17, that the marriage seems genuine from all documents provided and interview has been waived.
another officer has approved it on Feb 20 and written notes saying, Interview Waived and visa issuance pending.
Thats when my e-cas went to in process (medical received, passport received and interview waived).
No bring forward date has been provided in GCMS.
Hoping that if what they updated my MP comes true (4 weeks from May 10), I should hear something back by Jun 10-15 timeframe.
One thing I learned from the notes is that there is no mention of any complication and interview has been waived and approved.
Happy. Hoping for the final review completion pretty soon.

I'm sure you will get your visa in early June.  Some cases are completed within one month of processing from New Delhi. is it because they have no travel history? |

Hi, Yesterday my wife missed a call from these no. +42723691 she was in between training so couldn't pick call...I believe its from Newdelhi VO ...I was bit upset after missing call i donno when they call her back and its very hard to keep an eye on mobile all the time. Any body here has same experience before? Cheers you can call them back. |

you can call them back.
She tried to call that no. back but its says invalid no. Oh may b my wife just redial that no. without putting 91 (11) in front. I'll ask my wife to try that tomorrow. Thanks for ur suggestion |

Hi, Hopefully you'l get your PPR within 14-20 days..that the time frame for it i guess..i got mine after 19-20 days..and no change will will b reflected till you send the passport with the required documents.. Once the VO receives the docs and your passport you should be waiting for "In Process" status All the best |

Oops i just google and found this is the no. 42723691 came from new delhi CIC we will try to call them back again probably same time does any body has same experience missing call from ND VO and did they call u back? |

Urs seems to be 9digits chances seems to b very less as i compared the no. i received with the actual IMM phone no. on ND CIC website which is Telephone: 91 (11) 4178-2000 Were u in India when u received this call? just curious to know if that is the case then dont worry bcoz ND CIC wont work at that time. My wife received around 9:30am india time |

Are you the sponsor or sponsored person. As per my knowledge CIC ND will contact only sponsored person... did you tried redial that no.? |
