Its been 38 days since we submitted passport to ND and no news. I just dropped an email to my MP explaining the situation and the unwanted need of New Delhi to ask and retain passport when they're not ready to issue a visa.
Hope I get some response / help from the MP.

Halo Members,
I tried to do pay CIC fees online but thrice it was rejected i dont know why....should i try it again next day or please give me some advise
Also In document checklist
Point no : 14................................DO we need to X it or leave it blank
Point no : 17.....should i X it since i m submitting my original Notice of assessment or should i leave it blank
Point no : 18 (A)........Should i X it since i m submitting my paystubs for last 3 months OR shoudl i leave it blank
Please members help me i m stuck on the above points

How did you contact your MP?? - I would suggest you find out the address and ask your spouse to go there discuss your case with them. I'm sure MP won't be having enough time to listen our stories, but their PA definitely listen to you and they will do something good for you. That's what happened in our case, my Partner directly go to MP Office and contacted PA. And he was very helpful, as he has listened to our story and right away sent an email to ND. Hope you get some response...

Try sending them email on re-delhi-im-enquiry @ international.gc.ca but they won't reply till 15 to 30 days.. (pathetic) |
