I read many operation bulletins and manuals a year ago. I do not conisder applying for TRV a waste... Being from the land of Gandhi...it is a unique way to protest! Let them refuse..!!! I will not stop applying for TRV..let my wife get Visa I will apply TRV for all my kids, grandchildren etc etc.. |

Hell All,
I am new to this community. I applied VISA for my wife in August and got the approval in October. My wife's Passport was requested in end of November and my wife sent during the first week of december. We did not hear from them after that at all and so my wife sent them an email. They replied to that mail saying that my wife's case in queue for an interview and that she will receive a letter with the interview date according to the priority.
Now my question, what they may ask during the interview? What are the chances of her getting the VISA? How should we prepare for the interview? Let me know please? Thanks in advance for all your help.

on your passport do you have a surname or is it blank? if its blank, PM (Private message) me and I can help you sort this out.) Thanks for the info.. I tried all possible combinations for my name.. no result..  also, my name on sponsor's ecas is proper, not null.. I am so confused.. |

Order GCMS notes from ottawa to see the details of your file. it only costs $5 to order these notes and it will help you assess what has happend in your case so far. Ordering the notes takes about a month of time.

I used the Case Specific Enquiry (CSE) This will be available in the email correspondences from the ND office. The email id that is given by the office in their website is delhi-im-enquiry @ international.gc.ca Hope this helps |

you can directly email your request to this addres atip-aiprp @ cic.gc.ca or send it through courier. - need to fill out form IMM5563E (the request has to be made by someone who is canadian citizen) the form explains all the other forms you need to attach. (e.g. consent form needs to be completed by the PA applicant). you can also google GCMS notes requirement, to make sure you attach all the required docts before submitting your request. |

you can get someone else to do it who is a canadian citizen. it doesn't have to be you, as long as your spouse fills out the consent form.. you should be good... |
