Yes thats the link where he wrote that, going by that statement from Qorax if we receive MR's by end of 2012 or earlly 2013, are we talking about another 1 to 1 & half year at the earliest before we can see the maple leaf on our PP's?

Its Economic Class Unit not Economic and commerce unit ( as suggested by my consultant)to whom some files are referred for The next step

They verify your Funds /Job etc etc and return the File to the Visa counsellor

The VC will then issue medicals or follow the Findings of the  ecu

ECU also handle Asylum cases so that is an overburdened group

If Nothing happens by the BFD or if there is no noting the a new BFD will be alloted

Its a Big Yawn process

BTW do you have any idea about this ECU and PMB that qorax mentioned??

I can Be wrong but my take is

They will review all Files by June this yr  giving a review date and or DM to the remaining applicants

Then they will start working on MI4 ( if there is One)

some time later in the year some work will start

I know of someone outside our visa office who has the same status.

Is it possible that now all files will go through ECU??
This may explain the delay.

One applicant Honeyjack is inprocess since feb last year 120 days X 12 months 4 Bfd sailed away

 HJ - real in process with date on 10th Jan 2012 . so we will wait 9th May ( BFD ).

 VO ask him something or any update or issue medicals on that date etc.etc. - wait and watch !!!!

 if still major processing is pending at ECU as per seniors .


 what CAIPS results represented ? like  your point calculated , VO satisfied .. requested for MEDS /PPT/RNRF etc.. etc ..

 my mind totally hanged and i think NDVO  @  ice age where time stopped !!

all we are doing is blind guesswork that CHC ND will do this and that within so and so time, and just trying to make ourselves happy. we are just consoling ourselves.
i am sorry but what  makes us so sure that CHC ND will leap into positive action in so and so month, when they have not even given a single pre-june applicant even document request or medicals.
sorry to say but pre-june  is the new pre-feb 2008.
i am not a pessimist. sorry if i am being negative and best of luck to all for quick processing.

We have many people with Inprocess date from NDVO who have a BFD falling in May, so we will have to wait until May to see whats in store for us.

Dear Friends ! A friend of mine who is prejune applicant , working as a JE in PSPCL got IN Process on 14th Feb 2012 . His boss executive engineer got verification call from CHC New Delhi.I think something is going on our files.

Thanks for sharing thats good to know that something positive is happening with NDVO ... but if they are still doing background checks, dont know how far or how many applicants got their BG checks completed, the zilllion $ question is when will NDVO start issuing MR's?
