Please read the terminology carefully It says Finish review by June 2012 Not complete by June By review they mean In Principal they will give yes and no( Review date or DM) With no Manifesto in Place when the medicals start coming only Waheguru Knows AND HOW DO WE DELETE THIS POST 26 JUNE THREAD FROM THE FORUM , THEY SERVE NO GOOD TO OUR BLOOD PRESSURE  There are some applicants who are still RBVO.
I had sent a CSQ to New Delhi as I sent my updated documents due to change in family status and I received a standard reply that processing of Pre june applicants is likely to begin this year but finalization of many may take in 2013.
Other Visa offices sent that they plan to complete reviewing documets for Pre June by June/July of this year.
I think your status will turn in process once some of the applicants start receiving medicals.

I wrote the correct word dear DBC. Ultimately all the visa offices are saying the same thing, but they have a different way of saying it. Half of applicants will receive visa this year and the other half next year. Though they may be processed/evaluated this year. Don't take so much stress that you get blood pressure.
