I thought sending RPRF would reduce my liability...however whats done is done.

The receipt I got from CHC,ND:

Dear Sir / Madam,

Please find enclosed your immigration processing / right of permanent residence fee receipt.

Please quote as mentioned above File No. in all your future correspondence.


etc...

Is this the standard receipt for RPRF given to every applicant?
How does one know if it has been encashed or not?

Guys expect RBVO Till Jan 2011 ,The quota for this years Visa from India Is full.

Why now? however , just like to clarify one thing:

quota may be full..but will the CHC,ND keep processing the applications received..else there would be a huge backlog.

When the vacations are over Jan 2011, they would just have to come and update the ecas and send out Meds to the concerned applicants.

According to my Advisor all those applicants who are already in  Process status things will keep moving

As far as the RBVO Files are concerned ,except for a limited few categories the work will start only in Jan 2011 when the new lot comes in.

As far as Back Log is concerned ,It is Nothing the Immigration Process.

In 1998 The official time given by CHC was 18 to 24 months and they took upto six yrs

as a matter of fact CHC is processing applications made in 2004-05

similarly in this fast Track process they promised 6 months to 9 months for the whole process but they are taking 12 to 13 Months

Advice needed for the following:

It is regarding my employers

1st employer  :  M/s A      Administrative Officer

2nd employer :  M/s B ( sister concern of M/s A. took a transfer to M/s B from M/s A. correspondence regarding transfer sumbitted to CHC,ND)  Accounts Officer

3rd employer :  M/s C  Executive Asst to Sales Manager

4th employer :  M/s B   Finance Manager ( correspondence details regarding my approaching M/s B for return to this organisation provided to CHC,ND)

Would VO raise any queries regarding this return to M/s B? Depends on the VOs mood.

Suggestions / advice would be welcome. Can VO call for interview for the above re-return?

M/s A is a Chartered Accountancy firm and M/s B a pvt ltd company. It is owned by a family who are Directors in the company. Staff strength is around 20 for both.

Very very liquid companies with interests in Construction, Power Tools, Consultancy, Computer spares,
Tax Audit.

Just wanted to know whether VO can raise any queries regarding this

M/s A = was employed from 1990 - 1997

M/s B = took a tfr in 1997. was here till 2004. left and joined M/s C in 2005

M/s C = Jan 2005 to Aug 2007

M/s B = rejoined in Sep 2007 till date...Would this help?

DID you Send them Pictures of your office and a group Staff Pic and Picture of you showing you at work.

A Visiting card of the person senior most in your office to whom you are answerable should be sent to chc
