Thread 1111 and 0111 who have submitted docs in delhi CHC Only 2010

i don't think that chc will entertain any communication based on caips notes , unless and untill you recieve a letter asking you to submit those. wht r u gonna say in covering letter. it is just note in your file that you haven't sent your birth certificate to chc , weather or not they want it from you is complete different notation .

Some seniors and experts on this forum like Mitali from this thread (Applications after 26/6 in any NOC CONNECT HERE TO GET THE STATUS) says that BC is a mandatory document which has to be submitted and without which the application will be refused. She says that it is our responsibility to send the complete documents and CHC or VO will not ask for it. They will decide the case based on whatever documents are available.

My question is if there are some missing documents in the application, will they ask for it or just decide on the basis of whatever is available with them.

I am kinda worried. I have completed 15 months at the NDVO and next month I will complete 16 months which is mentioned in the CIC website of NDVO processing times.

What to do now?? If I send the BC's of mine and my spouse, will they accept it and add in the documents or will they just throw in the trash.

What makes you believe that without BC the application will be considered as complete? I have already mentioned that since you are Pre jun applicant you might still have the window open to submit the missing document and hope that VO has already NOT made his decision.

I would urge you to send the docs as soon as possible.

Yes I did send them my Grade 10 certificate in which date of birth was mentioned and same with my wife. But still that missing BC note in the CAIPS

Anywayz, I am sending it tomorrow, ie. on Monday.

stick the barcode sticker with your file number, that u got with your 2nd AOR, on a normal envelope and send the notarized birth certificates in it.

put the Sticker on the Cover letter, and the sticker has the File no. already printed.
ofkorse, u can mention the file no. in the matter of ur letter.

(this is what i did, wen i sent improved IELTS TRF)....and later on, CAIPS did show that it was added to my file.

CAIPS pointed that out, so let s feed this to them.

Guys ..this is the scenario..

I relocated from Calcutta to Faridabad July 2010.
I am in a job but it is not as per my qualifications.This I joined as a stop gap as then I thought file would process in a short time.I have in addition opened a French tuition center for students till Class X.

My wife is the VicePrincipal in a pre-school.She has Child care qualifications.(Montessori)

My elder son 17 has cut his hair(I am a Sikh).
My younger son 12 has kept his hair.

What are the options I need to take?
a)Do I need to get the addresses changed?(on the Passports)
b)Regarding my elder son, do I have to make an Affidavit that he has cut his hair?
c)Do I need to get a PCC done again?
d)Do I need to take IELTS again? I got 7.5 in my IELTS May 2010
e)I have a DALF B2 level in French
f)Should I apply for CAIPS as my status is IN PRO with RBVO
g)My wife and me both have Voters ID Card with Faridabad address
Do advise the likely options I need to take
