Thread 1111 and 0111 who have submitted docs in delhi CHC Only 2010

Hello Hiteshdand,
 It's really hard to predict the correct date for getting visa, however I would be guessing that I get my MR in 1st Qtr. of 2012 and visa within another 3-4 months if there are no major change in circumstances... u can also check on the site unfaircic.com (a litigation site against CIC) where they have mentioned that ND VO backlog should be eliminated (estimated) by Sep 2012. So let's keep our hopes up for an early visa!

CIC is very flexible; if they can't meet the deadline they will keep extending the same. But don't hold on your plans like career, personal ect...

However they give 2 options; we can wait till they get time to look at our applications or withdraw the case.

dreaming_yyz here again. Dont know when my dream will become a reality. Do I sound pessimistic. Well 15 months completed from the 2nd AOR. Kinda frustrating but keeping fingers crossed. Friends, I have a few doubts, concerns and questions. If you can just spare a little of your valuable time to answer me, I would be ever grateful.

1) In my CAIPS report, one line was mentioned

    Missing documents : Proof of birth PA and spouse

    (because I didnt send the copy of birth certificates of myself and my wife)
 
    Now my question is shall I send the copy of birth certificates of mine and my wife immediately
    or shall I wait for their instructions.

2) I have a job offer from Muscat - Oman. Very good salary. I am in a dilemma that shall I accept it
    or not. Can I transfer my case to Muscat - Oman (CHC). Will it affect the timelines.

3) But the visa which they are offering me is not the same profession as the job ie.
    Accountant.

Can you please clarify on this. Thanks

well, i guess more 50% of us do not send Birth cert. with Full Application.

I didnt send it, and my CAIPS 2 mths back, never indicated that I need to send it.

so, I wont send.

regardless of the above, we all hv our birth dates in our school marksheets and college's as well,,,,,,,,that solves the purpose.

however, as they wanted in ur case, send them notorized ones, or the Originals, if u have them in plenty.

regarding OMAN job offer, u shud consult Experts on this, be it virtual or real world.

as our frnd Hitesh said, our Medicals can come any month, so its so so dicey now.

NDVO shud not be concerned with the job u do, after sending the FULL APP.......its my individual understanding.

stick the barcode sticker with your file number, that u got with your 2nd AOR, on a normal envelope and send the notarized birth certificates in it.

i don't think that chc will entertain any communication based on caips notes , unless and untill you recieve a letter asking you to submit those. wht r u gonna say in covering letter. it is just note in your file that you haven't sent your birth certificate to chc , weather or not they want it from you is complete different notation .
