As status of many has turned to In Process with RBVO and address disappeared and reappeared, do you think the VO has started doing something on files of all of us? I think it can't be so. The NDVO can't be so generous.

Look at it this way ,Why are only a few address are coming and going.
That too people with IN process and not with all

Just remember they have a Ginormous back log to handle  no time for games   Wink Wink

So you want to say they are working on files for which address disappeared and are in process (even if inside details are still RBVO)?
