It looks that Pre-June 2010 will also face same fate as that of Pre-Feb 2008.It is all malafied intention of immigration minister.He is just giving lolli pop that pendency will be cleared.They have all resources to clear the backlog but intention is not clear.
Is federal court case can help us to get our files process?.CIC has jumped the que.What are yr views pls.

Firstly applied in 2007 under Simplified Application Process. I withdrew the said application in 2010 after submitting another application under so called Fastrack System. Till last week, my e-cas status was showing both applications (1 RBVO and other WITHDRAWN). My today's e-cas status shows only current file as RBVO, and my earlier application has disappeared.

Does this mean that they will now work on my file? Any idea anyone?

They are clearing the long pending queue.  You can view video on the following links.  They are pretty sure that a lot of pre Feb 2008 applicants would have quit the application, or would have applied again.  By clearing off such applications, they can easily claim that the backlog has come down.

The withdrawn application and the new application have been merged.

You will be processed under the rules of post 2008 applicants

Your withdrawn application does not hold relevance now

Secondly your new application has been put under "Pending review"

Keeping in mind that jan/feb applicants have not received any medicals your wait will go on till 2012 if my evaluation serves me right

What you say is relevant and Irrelevant

It may be correct to say that some people may have reapplied but the fact remains in 2007 there were over 200 NOC on the List which was reduced to 38 in 2008

Have you ever given a thought to the 162 NOC applicants who are not on the List . Thats where the back Log comes into Picture

Hi Friends,

I have received my passport back from CIC with Visa on it. I am a Pre  June applicant having visa office of New Delhi but  my file started processing before that news of further delay for Pre June cases came. It was a long Journey and my case was not very simple. I was also called for an interview also. One thing is for sure if your case is genuine followed by genuine documentation; you will get your visa.

I have not decided as to when to go to Canada as I am doing fine here in India. Let's see what comes next. Thank you all for your support and guidance. I will still be a regular member of this forum.

All the best to all but especially to Pre June applicant cases as I have special corner for them. GOD BLESSES ALL.

Dear Seniors,

I need your suggestion on this.

I am pre june 2010 applicant having AEO...

My ftd is 02 apr 2010 and I sent full docs on 14 apr 2010. 2nd AOR is 19 Apr 2010.

After a long wait I ordered CAIPS and I got it yesterday.

It says CPIC crim requested. "NO CONCERNS" on criminal check.

and my next b'fd is 01-09-2011.

MY ECAS is In Process with RBVO.

The address on ECAS disappeared a few times in last 2 months and on 09 - Aug 2011, it disappeared again.

Now does this mean they started processing my application? THey requested for criminal check and got clean record.
