how come you have still not got any reply from CHC ND . your FT date is 24th march 2010, and ssakal's FT date is 4th april 2010 and he received medicals. this is really hard to understand and digest

Yes so many things went on...first interview...then wrong verification by employer.....then i sent a clarification letter..........prayed to God daily..........all the time..........and then God granted his blessings and sent medicals and PPR....................Thanks a lot God.....Hoping to get visa soon.

The delay was because once they have some doubts....they do thorough evaluations and research on your file.... thats what i think.

can u please paste your clarification letter for other so if any other would face this kind of problem he will follow the same line

i am happy that ssakal got medicals, but i am not happy why anil_india has not got anything from CHC, inspite of he being ahead in the queue than ssakal. does it mean that CHC has broken its own rule of FIRST COME FIRST SERVE ?

Hi,
I think this way or that way, it is going to take near to 2 years.
As in your case, you applied in 03/10 so it is almost 14 months now.
Your ecas would come to Inprocess then MR will be issued and then the visa. It would take anywhere around 4-5 months for sure because currently this much time is normal for all applicants for MR and visa. So 14 + 4/5 months = 18/19 months.
The good thing is that this suspense is out when most of our time has passed. So we dont have to wait much longer.
The bad thing is that this suspense is out late. If we would had known this truth before then we might have thought accordingly.
Never mind,
The conclusion is that we have to wait some more months keeping mind cool without expecting any near term speedy procedure.

Dear Sh_humayun,

Explanation letter will depend on what was the concern of the time. I cannot suggest one as my problem might have been different. Explanation only works if VO finds it genuine and to the point what he has doubts about. Like in my case, my employer thought the call was for someone else and he gave details about another guy. I just explained this to the VO.

They do Not divulge details of No applicants or no left to any one except on the we annual report which will be on cic web site

Kenny had no power to make a decision ever since his party was reduced to Minority almost 2 months ago

He wasnt announced as the new Immigration minister in the New govt to the best of my knowledge.

Even if he is the minister  it is not his first priority to make such a policy the moment he sits on the chair
