You need to send an e-mail to: web-tech-support @ cic.gc.ca
with the subject line as 'CICNet Technical Problem'.

https://services3.cic.gc.ca/ecas/redir.do?redir=faq_ecas&lang=en&app=ecas#Q16

However you might have to do it through your consultant again as CIC may not respond to your query directly.
