it is in process from the very next Tuesday , from  the week in which i got medicals. however date of starting processing mentioned by chc is two weeks earlier then the date on medical papers

GUYS
I TALKED TO ONE OF THE CONSULTANTS. HE TOLD ME THAT RIGHT NOW THOSE APPLICANTS WHO SENT THEIR FULL DOCUMENTS TO CHC ND IN THE MONTH OF APRIL 2010 ARE GETTING MEDICAL REQUESTS. CALCULATE YOUR TIME ACCORDINGLY. HE ALSO TOLD ME THAT THE PROCESS WAS RUNNING VERY SLOW, BUT NOW CHC ND IS WORKING VERY VERY FAST. SO GUYS BE PREPARED FOR THE MIRACLES HAPPENING FROM TUESDAY ONWARDS

I submitted my full docs in April'10.

Thanks for sharing but i was given the impression that processing is by FTD not submission date

Hi,
I dont think april'10 ftd comes into process rightnow.
Because lots of applicants from feb'10 and march'10 ftd have not seen any updates in their ecas.
So april'10 is quite far.
april'10 full docs might be possible because it is 11th month going on rightnow. And according to their rule (as stated) they process the applicant in 11 months after full docs submission.
This is just my thought.
I have march'10 ftd and april'10 full docs submission.
Let see how it goes for me. Things will be clear from this.

If an applicant whose docs submission is in April,10 then his FTD is surely before April,10. As we all know almost most of the appliactions are processed till March,24 so it is our turn to wait & expect MR as like fireworks mine FTD is 30.03.10 & docs submission is within one month i.e, April,10.

It means they are issuing MR as per FTD & Docs submission date both together.....

Its immaterial there are some people waiting with FTD nov and dec 2010 but thats like a pinch of salt

Hi,
Yes ftd nov and dec'09 or 10 could be very less but i havent seen anybody with ftd 20/03/10 to 30/03/10 getting any updates or MR. So its my personal view that first they will get some updates and then NDVO moves for ftd april'10.

As i told you before we have seen some query to Yahoo whose FTD is 24.03.10 & last applicant jassi who got meds request . His FTD is 17.03.10.
It means they have almost processed files upto 24.03.10, though some applicants like Anil etc are still waiting for update...
