Yahoo India

Nova scotia get to see the form you sent to them Claiming your Eligibility.

90% of the applicants get through CIC

After The battle at NS is won The applicants documents have to speak for themselves at CHC Level where they are scrutinized.

If the Documents are speaking for your claim made at CIC  the case will get through.

Dear Freind

"you have to attach all your appointment/promotion/relieving letters from first Job to present employment as your supporting docs" .

That is OK

I have followed the same but my question is that in regards to previous job  of " Accounts Manager " on the basis of which CHC considered my application . I have submitted my Expericence Certificate with just one month back date however I left the company in 2005. In India normally comapny gives experince cert. by mentoning only Job Title rather than duties performed by individuals. It is only upon my request the company issues me new experince cert. with my job duties and resposibilities becoz I expalined to them that I have applied for immigration and the embassy is asking for such requirment.

So this is case with me . Could you please put some light on this ?

 @ yahooindia,

Don't think too much as you have done your job, now nothing is in your hand even this apply to all of us, I have seen one of my friend who got5.5 bands overall , & aged abt 40 only B.com & his spouse was also gradute ,got VISA and he is in CANADA now.
So trust on GOD and think +ve,  I am sure you will get thru ,

BTW do you have claim any points for relatives in canada(adaptibility)?

 @ goldy,

You are correct in India job duties are generally not mentioned in appointment letters etc. docs. As far as I am concern I have sent alljob offer letters, appointment  experience letters, payslips, form 16, relieving letters, increment letters etc. Max docs which were with me . they are notarized.
Another thing I did I sent all job reference letters on the letterheads of the company duly signed & stamped by official of the company along with visiting cards. ( I have worked with 5 employers incl article clerkship & send ref letter of all & one of them was not containing job duties and it was a scanned copy but from official company's ID).

They require only 1 year full time work exp in 0, A or B catagory and you are working in HDFC since last three years so you just relaxed.

Goldy

If you have the old joining letter and relieving letter I think it ok if the Ref letter is of a Current date. But make sure that the other docs you have are perfectly placed

Honeyjack

Thanks a lot.  I have a query.  My wife is in the marketing field for more than 4 years.  I wanted to make her the principal applicant but her job was not in the demand list of 38, however, now it is.  Can I do anything now to make my case stronger.  I have already send her experience letters also along with me to CHC, is there anything else I can do.

Thanks

Hi YahooIndia,

Don't mind but I assume you are really very tensed, just relaxed man.. you just wait , wait & wait.... no alternative for you and for anybody.

I think you will get points under adaptability factor only which generally will be awarded on the education factor of your spouse & if you will provide any additional information it may delay your case as you are almost there.

My advice is  don't do anything silly which may cause you a problem.

Hi Friends,

I have submitted my documents in March, March 8th to be specific. GOt an interview call for 29th July. Done that as well. Now waiting for anything from VO. I hope everything gets fine. I sent inquiry and they said "further research and review is needed in my case" Unsure what this means.  Shocked

Hi Vishesh

It is normal for the VO to verify the docs that are attached if they find something suspicious or they need to verify the credentials of the applicants Claim

They Might call your office past and present employer to authenticate your ref letter
if you are sure of your docs you submitted I dont think should not be worried.
