i have a doubt... When will the CHC issue the RPRF receipt - upon receipt of DD or upon realisation of DD?
Coz, even as of date, when I checked with the bank, the DD is still showing as unrealised.
The despatch and delivery of the DD has been confirmed by my agent. Also, CHC received the DD on 11/2/2011 as per Proof of delivery . However, it appears that they had some problem in connecting the DD number to my file, so they had called me for clarification. I gave them the DD details and even faxed a copy to them on 21/2/2011.
Is it normal for CHC to keep the DD without depositing? Does it mean that the file has not been taken up for processing? Is there any cause for concern?
Thank you seniors, to throw some light on this.

even if CHC has your money , there is sometimes a chance that your bank will show it is unrealesed. so that is not a worry. they have a problemmme connecting your DD to your file may be a mistake of your agent , he might have not mentioned your DD number to your cover letter or not on the back of DD . as far as RPRF recipt issue is conserned , ideally it should be when they encash your DD. |
