applicant MUST mention the Essential or Substantial duties for the experience they are claiming......

Essentail means those duties which are must and without which such job is not possible. Substantial means relavent duties, most among the essential, considerable number of duties.

of course professionals qualifies automatically... that's why it is background education is essential. Have u seen any CA who was rejected?

Even CA articling student's experience also qualifies.

I am cheif Manager in branch and Canada have different NOC in that case  (0122)...but I do substantial number of duties of NOC 0111 ...so, If you are doing some (70-80%) of duties of 0111 then your application is good to go .

**If the appicant has copied and pasted the duties from HRDSC website exactly... then they might refuse the application ...

copy paste is a sure shot way forward to rejection

plz clear my doubt

today when i cheked my ecase status it was changed from in process to rbvo . i am versy confused wtf is this is dere any negative sign in it. pls advise me in process is better thing or rbvo . bt msg inside the bothe were same( ur supporting documents have been recieved n they were pending review.)  pls clear my doubt between in process n rbvo.
