my lawyer given info that Case processing Centre-Pilot has been initiated in Ottawa to deal with backlog of MI-1 category cases. cases exceeded 12 months time are likely to be transferred to Ottawa office ...further info is awaited ....

That looks like a very bad news.

MI-I means all pre June 10 applicants and pre Feb 2008 applicants.

Kindly check with your lawyer and advice whether this will further lag the whole process.

MI-1 means cases between nov 08 to 26 june 2010

So what is the status? Is this going to be a very bad news for us?

Dear Friends ! good day. i want a comment from you regarding my friend with NOC 4131. He had applied under FSW on 07.04.2010.He received doc request on 14.06.2010. He submitted full docs. to NDVO on 10.10.2010. His ecas shows two status. 1. Decision Made which shows further:We received your application for permanent residence on April 7, 2010.
 
We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on June 14, 2010. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.
 
A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision.     2.Application Received:We received your application for permanent residence on April 7, 2010.
 .This ecas is with first file no.He didn't received 2nd file no. Five days back i sent an email to NDVO seeking status update and 2nd file no. Today they replied with email's subject containing 2nd file no. the matter of email is as follows:Dear Sir/Madam,

This is in response to your recent email enquiry to the Immigration Section of the Canadian High Commission in New Delhi .

We have responded to your recent enquiry.

Please be advised that the status of your application has not changed since our last reply to you. Our office cannot provide you with an update of your case status by email on a regular basis, but rest assured we will contact you when your file has reached the next processing stage.

In order to serve all clients better, we will be unable to answer further correspondence at this time.

We trust that this information will be of assistance.

Dear DBC i want to clarify that whether its a clear rejection or something new process has been introduced. As i check my status , there is written that we received ur full docs at NDVO. they are pending review. We had transferred your file to NDVO on such date. But in his case, there is nothing written like this. Please elaborate. thanks n regards

now, wen u check eCAS by using this new file no., what do u get, in process/rbvo/decision made, as in the Main menu of the Status (a u r seeing 2 different 'status menus' ,and wat do u see when u click them to open, tell categorically and systematically).

and wat was their 'last reply' , peruse ur red part....line 4.

i was wondering, ur 'frnd' is moving to canada and can not use internet and this forum him/her self.

y dont u teach him/her how to use it.

Dear Anil ! thanks for ur kind attention on my query. The status i m getting by 2nd file no. is absolutely same as with first file no. My friend has hired a consultant from ludhiana for filing his application. May be he has sent some query previously . This email was our first communication to visa office. His consultant wasnot giving any satisfactory answer thats why we emailed vo. i had told my friend to ask his representative for the reply. i was asking about the status whether it is new system of ecas which is showing two menus.Regarding my friendz internet interest i think i m not making any offence if i m asking on his behalf. once again thanks for ur valuable inputs. regards
