Below is the reply I got today from CHC ND, in response to my email CSQ sent on March 31st.
Dear Sir/Madam,

This is in response to your recent email enquiry to the Immigration Section of the Canadian High Commission in New Delhi.
 
We have received the requested information/documents and your application is currently awaiting a review by a visa officer.

At this point there is no action required on your part. Please be assured that as soon as the review is complete, the next steps in the processing of this application will be determined and you will be advised accordingly.

We trust that this information will be of assistance.

i would say the people who applied between mid 2009 to feb 2010 were the luckiest. they are enjoying the snow now in canada

if CHC ND is processing files as per FT DATES, then how come so many april and may FT applicants have already got the visa. ?

i have gut felling that most of you guys are gonna get direct medicals like i did , there is no reason i can understand why march FTDs are RBVO and some April FTDs are getting in process
