  THE MARKETING GUY OF THE FIRM WHERE I AM WORKING , WHO COMES ONCE A WEEK PICKED THE PHONE AS THE RECEPTION GUY WAS NOT THERE.
HE TOLD I WORK IN COMPUTER AND I AM A I.T. PERSON IN THE FIRM( THE FACT IS IN OUR FIRM THERE IS NO I.T. DEPARTMENT). HE TOLD THIS BECAUSE I ALWAYS SIT ON PC AND USED TO HANDLE ALL PROBLEMS IN THE FIRM AS THER NO SPECIFIC PERSON FOR I.T..

NOW I GOT A LETTER FROM VISA OFFICE STATING THAT I AM  WORKING INI.T. DEPARTMENTS AND NOT  IN ACCOUNTS OR FINANCE DEPARTMENT.
AND I HAVE TO SEND MY EXPLANATION WITHIN 30 DAYS.

WHAT ALL PROOFS SHOULD I SEND TO PROVE THAT ALL DOCUMENTS ARE GENUINE. i AM PLANNING TO SEND THE P.F. STATEMENTS BOTH GOVERNMENT AND OFFICIAL .

hi guys
i am really disappointed by hearing that the  NOC 0111 is not in demand in canada, and that in the past few years, there have been an excess of NOC 0111 guys. and so for this reason this NOC is processed at snail's pace. i don't know what will happen with NOC 0111 in the coming days. anyways i wish that all NOC 0111 people get their visas processed as per the time-frame given by CHC ND.
MAY GOD SHOWER HIS BLESSINGS ON NOC 0111 AND EVERYONE IN THIS FORUM.

prepare ur Clarification, as per the actual facts.

see, the personnel who the VO spoke on phone, was NOT the Right and competent-enough
authority to give Clarification on your Work ex.
Ask this to the VO Straight away.

How could VO take that mktng guy's feedback.

indicate VO to do a personal verification, if need be.....this will definitely make them
scratch their head.

just be truthful, not a single word of bluff or Over-explanation.

send it asap, as nothing much is there to prove on ur part.

don't worry mate , write a good explanation , if you have hired a consultant take his help as well. send a letter from your boss side as well , and last but not least

THE LETTER GOES LIKE THIS

please help me

in verification call to the firm ( 24 FEB 2011)i am working the call was attended by the the marketing guy of the firm who comes once in a week.
(he told that i work in computer department as i sit on computer.)

well now the VO people from delhi has sent me letter saying that they have grounds to say that my employment letters are not genuine.

they have also stated that i am misrepresenting my  documents or materials . So the section 40(1)a is applicable as well as 40(2). OF IMMIGRATION AND REFUGEE PROTECTION ACT

Above that they have given me 30 days time to explain the above matter.

 

NOW  please help with some kind of info :- like which documents will help to prove my designation in the firm.

i have got letters in  which the word finance manager comes but the firm wont be providing me with those documents.

Honestly speaking ,As far as CHC is concern it is right on their stand because there was a miscommunication from yr office only.Have they raised other query? Generally they used to phone on reception , immediate boss & also the applicant for cross confirmation so it seems strange or may be they have changed their strategy of verification..

As you know they are maintaining phone tapping & history of call for proof. so if you can send detailed explanation letter with the sign of your MD then it may make a difference.

I think yr explanation will not be much useful to prove yr stand...

I also think that there is some problem in date which u have provided,

u have filled yr appli in Dec,09 & recd the 1st AOR in June,10 , also FTD is 2.06.10. I believe u should get these within 3 months max.

Have yr initial appli returned back or what? can u share it?

the lady who called from delhi did not reveal her identity.

Our reception person did ask her who she was but she did not reveal.
she told the recp. person that she wanted to inquire about the product which our firm manufactures.
so he transferred her phone to marketing person. and she inquired about me from him saying she is a friend  of mine

letter from VO states "We spoke to employees of the organization and were informed that u work in IT and not in accounts or finance as stated in employment letters. Based on the inquiry conducted on the telephone I have reasonable grounds to believe that the employment letters are not genuine and that you do not work in the stated occupation"

so ,surely they are having phone recording... on that ground they want to refuse you..

As i advised you just go to yr MD or chairman(not immediate boss) & request him to issue a detailed letter stating all the miscommunications with them.... else they may not consider any other explanation.
