Thats what they were doing  to MI who got a processing date in dec 11

Then came the Info on Manifesto

Then came info on Priority List

The last Nail Finish all review by July 2012 and then issue Medicals ,

Dont really Know what to trust any more,

I am Buffalo applicant, with 1111
My  ecase status is "In process" inside "your application was reviewed and we started processing on April 18, 2012"
I received a letter for additional documents -- updated job offer letter from Canadian employer as i am FSW2 applicant,
                                                               Work and residential history since i have applied
                                                               Tax returns of the period when i was working in India as an accountant
They have given me 60 days to submit this docs.
my question to you and other experienced members here, is this a positive sign or negative sign

I never file tax in india and now it is not possible to file returns for 5-6 year past years,

Please advise me what can i send as a proof that can convience visa officer

there sud havebn some update so far, isnt it?
tho it sounds sad but I fear ur case mite have been kept in negative slot(jst my opinion).
n they wont do any thing for the next 2-3 months and afterwards they show decision made.

Yes..I think you can file past tax returns....if not, you can send them Form-16 of that employer(s)...

Does you e-cas show anything like "letter sent on DATE"...?

I think they will issue MRs after review of all MI-1 applicants done, so they have a fair idea about the total applicants remaining (after the rejections)....Let's wait and see what time has for us...

In my CAIPS, ECU has been requested to issue MR, PPR & RPRF. Does that mean Interview is waived, New PCC not required, Updated POF not required and there is no additional documents request?

Other think I noted is in funds it is written as $000000. What is it? Seniors please help

yes may B Ur right i mean let's wait and see what time reveal 4 us. But my quetion is why they are waitting to reject almost 2.5 years why they don't tel us  @  early time. ok what will be for applicatnt who may not get MR up 2 July 1st???

We received your application on May 05 2011,
we reviewed and sent you a letter on June 13 2011,
Your application was reviewed and we started processing on April 18 2012

But i received a letter for asking documents with the same date on letter as April 18, 2012 but not in ecase

For the tax return for 2003-2007:
I did ask to one of the accountant in india for the tax return, he said you can only file tax return for past 2 years.
So i am trying to get Form 16 A from the employer but it is very difficult to get it  as it is 6-7 years earlier data.
I do have bank entry for salary but that is only for 3 years, rest I got cash salary
Seniors please advise what can I do?
Any assistance will be help ful and will be appreciated
