I guess we are all in the queue and 'Humara number kabhi to aayega' unless Keney & Co. have other plans. However from other forums, I am observing that many Pre-Juners other than NDVO and SVO but with similar dates, NOCs are getting Meds. I wonder what is the reason for this happening...

In reply to CSQ's earlier NDVO used to reply that ".......finalization may not occur until after 2012" means they will not issue any visa to MI-1 in 2012 but now they have started mentioning "...........finalization may not occur until the end of 2012/or after 2012" means they will issue some visa to MI-1 in 2012 end (we are part of their plans in 2012 atleast).
So, I consider this as a positive sign.

As long as Immigration minister is concern let's pray to god. (he has made his intentions clear.......but who will be affected is still unclear)

Well, I stopped taking NDVO's & CIC's replies & announcements seriously more than a year back when they kept on exceeding their promised deadlines. Even now, I am not sure when (& if) I will get MR and am already in process w/date for almost 3 months now. I agree with you that it is probable we might get visas by end-2012  Undecided provided something similar to what happened to pre-Feb 2008 cases doesn't happen to us...
Anyway this waiting is really getting unbearable now and all future plans are on hold due to this...

Hi all,

So the MI2 / MI3 from NDVO that are getting MRs - what was their eCAS status. Was the eCAS just InProcess, or was it InProcess with a processing date?

And after how many days were they getting the MRs / PPR etc.

MI 1 and M 2 are almost in the same Boat

MI 3 are the ones better off they are getting Medicals In weeks
