Dear All,

Today i got reply from CHC London against my inquiry.

"
Please be advised that a letter was sent on 23 March 2012 to the mailing address on file.

We ask that you wait for the mail to arrive before requesting any further information"

The said letter i had not received till todate and i sent an email to CHC London to send me through email.

Can you tell me that what they would have written in the letter.

My status is still same.

Looking forward for your urgent reply.

With best regards.

Are you In Process with a date? If yes, then what is your date when the processing started? Do you see the correct mailing address in your eCAS? Sometimes, like in my case, they miss out on some detail due to which mails do not arrive.

So... ...chc is working behind the scenes

Hope next Month brings some reason to celebrate ,

But the reason for stress any body who got a Verification/Interview call , got it within days of IP

wonder what took so long in Kavya's case ,

could it also be possible that everybody is in the Line of fire in spite of getting IP date

 Huh Huh

Another bomb blast by the immigration minister .......

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/department/media/speeches/2012/2012-04-17.asp?utm_source=media-centre-email&utm_medium=email-eng&utm_campaign=generic

"Secondly, we will be bringing forward legislation that allows the government to retroactively apply regulations for the selection of immigrants to those who are already in the queue. This means, for example, that as we reform the points grid for the selection of skilled workers to put more emphasis on language proficiency for those who want to work in licensed professions, to put more emphasis on younger workers who we know succeed better over time in Canada, to put more emphasis on Canadian as opposed to foreign work experience, we will be able to apply those criteria to those who are already in the queue".

Why don't he just refuse us in simple words?  Angry

I think the Minister means that younger ppl. (around 35?) in the preferred NOCs will be processed first along with those in CEC and with AEO, however he has not specified what the preferred NOCs are, till that time we can keep guessing about the same...

actually one thing came in my mind,

you know we got two types of IP. one is with "we have reviewed your application and sent a letter on XXXX date." and one is "We have reviewed your application and started processing your application on XXXX"

So, the group of applicants who got with letter sent do not need to wait for any varification call. they will get a letter directly on their address. the other category should get a call what I had. Purely guessing.

God Bless,
Kavya

DBC Sir,
Yes there is nothing such negative but it could be negative for those who will not fit in new point selection grid since they are going to give more points to younger age, less point to years of experiences and similarly for language proficiency.........  whoever is eligible today may not be in new selection criteria.
