date of application and first AOR

cause they give 3 months to submit docs some applicants submitted within two weeks some took full period
going by second AOR will be un practical

The processing timeline is based on receipt of complete application package in the visa office. So, i guess the VO are processing files based on 2nd AOR. This is just my opinion, I may be wrong. Also, recently members who got "In Process Date" are those whose 2nd AOR is in May-2010 to July-2010, some of whom applied in 2009 & some in 1Q of 2010.
