Since 1111 and 0111 are not in the new list .I am given to understand that the scrutiny of these applicants is really harsh.

IS THIS TRUE?

HI destinationBC,

It's good you have started a new thread especially for Accountants, auditors & financial Managers.

I am with 0111 & 1111, sent all docs to ND on April,30 ( for total timeline pl check full docs to ND in may,2010) .Ankit is maintaining the table.

As per my assumption and observation no body is sure about it but yes they become strict in checking verifying the docs and ofcourse if we have good academic background along with rich working experience , i don't think that we may get any difficulty.

This scrutiny is generally applicable to initital applicants (CIC, NS, Canada) as they are on the edge of sword,Otherwise for us they will confirm whether the docs are reliable and claim are genuine or not

This is mere my openion , seniors comment on it. Smiley

Hi Honey Jack

I agree with you that the Checking is Strict these days specially for the people not in the New NOC.

I made a Mistake of Hiring  a consultant in India and an advisor in canada, although The Consultant In India always has the Last word
the tug of war between these two added by the dicey postings on the forum is giving be sleepless times.

I wonder if any one can shed some light on whats happening.

I think You have done a mistake to hire a conultant, you have to apply directly on your own.

but anyway do you have any trouble in your application?
Just asking don't mind.

Dear Freinds

I have send my docs to Visa Office ND . But  I have not very strong backgound  , I have done my M.Com and had worked in SSI ( small scale industry ) as accounts manager for 5 years during 2001-2005 and now I am woring as DM in HDFC Bank Ltd. . My NOC was 0111 since this code exsists before June 26 , 2010.

Does that mean that I have little chances of approval ?

If they reject my case , can i get the refund money in that case ?

Please reply

Dear Goldy

Refund is for sure in case of a negative reply but from what ever i can make out from the info you have provided the basic requirements are complete and if you have attained the mandatory points  your chances are bright

0111 being out of NOC will count if you had applied after 26 june  to NOva scotia since you are at CHC level dont worry

Hi All,

I am just a B.COM (P) from Delhi university with 8 years of experience in accounts.  Where do I stand?  I submitted my docs in April last week to CHC, New delhi.

Please pray for me.

Best of luck to all.

As you have sent full docs to ND , it is obvious that CIC, NS has done its work and grant you approval on the details you have provided.

Now as per my knowledge CHC will only check the genunity of supporting docs on the bais of my claim & if VO is clear with the info I have provided then I will thru...

Genuine & honest declaration are two basic criteria ....

Dear HoneyJack & Destination BC

Thanks for your replies.

Honey Jack :Timeline :I have applied during end of April 2010 and got docs request by email in  8th June 2010. I send docs on 5th August 2010.

I would like to know one more thing from you guys, I have worked in XYZ company as accounts manager during 2001-2005 . The time when I left that company , they provided me experince withoout any job resposiblities. But as per CIC requirment on had to mention the duties and resposibilities performed by him/her. So on my request the company issues me experiece certificates with jobresposibilites performed by me . Does that create any problem becoz i have submitted my latest expericnce cert.

Honeyjack,

Thanks a lot.  You have boosted my morale immensely.  I wish you all the best.

If I am correct, if CIC Nova Scotia is not satisfied with our docs and experience, they reject the case before asking for sending full documents to respective Visa Offices.  Once they ask for full docs, then one can relax that at least your qualifications and experience are eligible for PR to Canada, now only authenticity is to be checked by local VO.

Please do reply.

Thanks again.

 @  Goldy

you have to attach all your appointment/promotion/relieving letters from first Job to present employment as your supporting docs.

You seem to have done that exactly  Huh

Relax
