even thought mr.eemmoo1 and mr.arsh ali, you may both be right to a certain extent BUT, surely, its NOT a high school its CHC, so, even some of them goes for vacation back home(ca) but MOSTLY will not go/cant go, as they have to deal with millions of immi. files, student visa, visit visa and MORE, so may be during summer the output from CHC's output might slowdown a little because of "let's assume" 3% work force on vacation, but, CIC surely have a rotation plan for their employees to go on vacation, ESPECIALLY. now, after Mr.kenndey hits the reset button, its not possible to slow down significantly even in summer.

Bro everyone advised u to stay positive and ignore negative comments about ur case, inshallah u will get success soon Its nothing to worry about, I also got my letter with different file number.
