If you e-case is showing "in process", then you are safe.If its Decision Made, then there might be bad news.

Getting letter is not an issue. I was not much worried when i didn't get the letter on time bcoz my case was "in process".

If there was a problem in your file, then DM would appear within 1 or 2 week. So relax and wait for your turn to get MR.

Wish you all the best.

thanks a million buddy for your words of comfort, yeah, i think, i should wait, i am also in process from 24-may and no changes so far. i pray for you that you may also get MR soon, pls pray for me too, best of luck.

Dear coolguy,
after how many days you got wait letter since your e-cas changed to in process with date, for me it's more than a month since my e-cas with date BUT i dont have a wait letter so far, do you think everyone is getting wait letter from LVO?? thanks.

Bro I would like to make an advise, I know it's hard to face such situation however please don't get too much involved & worried about it as none of us ha control over it.. Start praying more from the one who got control over everything than getting worried... Don't think negative nor consider negative comments about ur case. Inshallah God will bless u with success. I got my letter in march and on 24 April a line appeared ony Ecas that processing started on 20th march. There r people who got letter after getting in process line on Ecas. So nothing can be predicted... Best of luck bro Smiley

dear kkhan, do u think everyone from LVO office is getting wait letter? some of us are not getting wait letter as well, its not wait letter for all from LVO, that's what i learned from other threads. if they send any letter or prepared a letter for me, it suppose to add a line on my e-cas as "we send you letter" but no added line on my e-cas yet.
I know your feelings and a lot of people were in your situation a month ago, you better order CAIPS to have a peace of mind, mech got nothing yet for 3 months and ordered CAIPS and it showed that he is fine and another applicant I think he is dazzlingsilver was in process for 2.5 months and had bad news recently which is a very rare case after getting into in process and my letter was lost for 6 weeks in their office and at last they it to me so instead of thinking too much just order CAIPS

40 days from the date you ordered

its 6-12 months Smiley only CHC can tell whats cooking inside.

this year (2012-2013) they won't accept any FSW1 applicant till jan 2013.. so it appears that this time they are very much serious about clearing backlog. Hope our turn will come soon .

thanks

LVO deals with applicants from many countries and thus has loads of work.. maybe that's the reason. as per my understanding, purpose of 6-12 month wait letter is to keep ppl from sending case specific enquiries again and again. rest God knows better.

Looking at CAIPS notes of the applicants who got 6-12 months letters had their files sent ECU, what is ECU? Also the people who got MR's had their files been sent to ECU before?

Can you plz share the post of any London applicant who got wait letter and CAIPS and his file was sent to ECU. I think this is only the case with NDVO. I have never seen here any post from London VO with 6 to 12 months wait letter whose file is sent to ECU. May be i missed anyone but never seen such.
