Well its almost same as every one who got 6-12 months letter. Your SELDEC is 4 which means waiver however its VO's discretion as anyone can be called for interview at any stage but considering the last part of your CAIPS, it shows that VO has made up his mind about issuing MR and also updated further required docs. One thing is confusing that your funds are reflecting as zero and no decision is made however at the updated docs section, POF is not mentioned. Strange yar, I remember I got an email few months ago with a subject something like "urgent about immgiration application", the body of the email was about to contact and pay consultancy fee to fasten up the process etc. etc. I dont remember the exact text as I didnt give too much attention and ignored it, considering it as a junk email..... To ad Lib is like someone on stage and forgot his line then he ad Lib as he goes along. Inspiration is little confusing for me as it does not fit into the sentence. 1)The Minister of Immigration will have power to limit the number of new applications; to reject applications; and to decide the order in which new applications are processed.
2)Priority will be given to qualified skilled professionals applying under the economic class categories.
3)Immigration officers do not have to accept applications under the Humanitarian and Compassionate grounds made outside of Canada.

I guess we have to wait as the first point indicate. and the letter they also send to us.
