Thoz who got 6-12 months wait letter

I received 6 to 12 months wait letter alongwith original documents. I just received CAIPS notes. According to CAIPS:

PSDEC 1                  15.1.2012                 (the date on which my processing start)
SLEDEC 4                 27.4.2012      (the date on which 6 to 12 months letter issued)


FILE BF' D TO CTG 30.4.2013

But in CAIPS notes following are also mentioned by Visa Officer regarding SELDEC:

SELDEC REVIEW

EXPERIENCE: TWO LETTERS FROM THE UNIVERSITY. THE EXPERIENCE CERTIFICATE IS PROVIDING A JOB DESCRIPTION THAT IS 1) NEARLY VERBATIAM FROM THE NOC AND 2) BELONGING TO NOC 4131, COLLEGE TEACHER. I CONSIDER THIS LETTER TO BE SELFSERVING AS IT DOES NOT ALLOW ME TO VERIFY A CREDIBLE EXPERIENCE. VISITED UNIVERSITY WEBSITE AND FOUND PA ON THE LIST OF LECTURER. WILL ACCEPT THIS FOR EXPERIENCE.

POSITIVE SELDEC ENTERED

PLEASE REQUEST THE FOLLOWING

Anyone who received 6 to 12 months wait letter has the same notes regarding SELDEC in CAIPS Notes. Seniors are requested to comment, please.

Your notes are slightly different from the rest of candidates received uptil now and shared in this forum. Your PSEDEC  and SELDEC  are showing two different dates. As  far  as  your Uni experience is concerned, vo was  not  entirely satisfied (Verbatiam = Too dangerous) as clearly stated that showing college teacher responsibilities. I think your name presence on Uni website did the trick and saved you from a bad news. My notes contain remarks that " inspired by NOC but not enough to be suspicious, will accept as it is ". The other positive thing in your notes and different than mine is that hopefully you will not be requested for POF(Proof of fund) again.

Your is  ,,,,,,,,BF'D : TTG  ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,while mine is  BF'D : BZZ ,,,,,, safe guess for TTG and BZZ  would be vo  names.

Hope will help you in relaxing a bit as  we  all went through that phase.

thanks for your reply. Some members on this forums saying SELDEC 4 means interview waived but as per CAIPS NOTES, it means a positive selection decision has been made in your application. What i understand is that a postive selection decsion has been made in those cases who are geting 6 to 12 months wait letter and because of visa quota these application will remain on hold. As visa quota will be available, the applicants will go through next steps i.e. medcial and security check.

What i understand is that a postive selection decsion has been made in those cases who are geting 6 to 12 months wait letter and because of visa quota these application will remain on hold. As visa quota will be available, the applicants will go through next steps i.e. medcial and security check.

No one can give you accurate answer on this matter.

Only VO knows better.

Most of the people interprets it as waived but thats true that only vo is the authority to say something for sure. So finger crossed and lets hope for the best. Good Luck.

StarAli bro is very right, It's VO discretion however since our CAIPS got details till the end i.e. even required docs updated, very very low chances of interview hopefully.... I don't see any reason for u to be worried, inshallah u will get thru... Your CAIPS notes shows VO was very much satisfied and website details added to this satisfaction cheers inshallah we all will be successful

No its not the meaning of the word, my reference was to the word in itself been used by vo. I have also recieved 6-12 months wait letter last two weeks 2/June/2012
with possitive elegibility.

My question is that , will we be interviewed? or Docs update? or will get direct medical?

Good luck, u may get MR within a year...apply for caips notes, u'll understand ur case better..

what is caips notes? and how can i apply , my noc is 0213 and have got 6-12 months wait letter?
