Hi all,
Can some one kindly guide me how can I add a newborn baby to my application; I have seen on the forum that I need to send following documents:
1) copy of the birth certificate.
2) 4 photographs.
3) processing fee of CAD $150 ( can some one explain do I need to fill up the Fee payment form or not;;;;; secondly do I need to make the bank draft of CAd $150 payable to Receiver General for Canada or to the London CHC))))).
4) updated IMM8 form ( there are two IMM8 forms available on cic website which one is required I.e. IMM 0008 Generic OR IMM 0008DEP Aditional dependents declaration).
Do I need any thing else as well?
Waiting for comments.

sealed means, never opened the envelops? is it?
No they weren't sealed, they opened it from the university seal.. |

I didn't get anything except letter as I submitted notarized copies only.. In my opinion, they send back originals only if original degree is sent with docs...I might be wrong... The sealed transcripts can be just a surity that your degree is original... So after ensuring its sent by uni they don't even bother to open it  ..... Khair as someone on this forum said... O tusi pass o jee, is the most important line Great yaar, tussi bhi phir pass Ho jee...Well I did not get them in seal envelop, they were opened by them.. |

Hi All,
Count me as well, I recieved 6 to 12 Month wait letter dated 26-Apr-2012. My NOC is 0213 and visa office is London.
I have applied for CAIPS as well, will update you guys as soon as I recieve any thing.

same here...i had send copies of education certificates (attested & notarized).. In my case I just sent them only photocopies of my educational certificates. I am not sure they may ask me originals at later stage.

Hi riz1, recently i sent my son papers as below: 1. IMM008 (page-2 Details of Family Members) filled with my son details. 2. Photos 6 Nos. 3. D.D (Demand Draft) from Al Fardhan Exchange in favor of RECEIVER GENERAL FOR CANADA. 4. Pass Port Copy 5. Birth Certificate. 6. and Updated Proof of Funds that't it.....hope it helps you. thanks OHM |
