Good.  It means many of us would receive the MR soon in coming four to five months, and then they would put us on hold for Security Check till 2013

Inshallah medical will be issued but MAY be after agonising wait or hopefully sooner. From Linkedin discussion the positive thing is that as the issued letter states " reviewed by an officer" and as confirmed from CAIPS notes, that officer is an immigration officer not an ordinary employee of VO. So fingers crossed and hope for the best. Personal experience is that wait time differs from case to case.

when did you get the letter in the is it ordinary mail, courier or e-mail, the reason I am asking is because they yesterday reply to my CSE that they have sent me a letter on 25/4/2012 and my case went into in-process on 24/4/2012 and I still didnt get the letter event I went to the post office and they said that they never got the letter for me

So it means this letter is about something which I have never received till now

Recieved through my consultant on 22nd may 12. Via email as well as by post.

I received following response from CHC London on 27/04/2012
“Your application is waiting to be reviewed by an immigration officer. No further action is required by you at this time.”
I received 6-12 months wait letter from CHC London dated 30/04/2012
“Your file has been reviewed by an officer and found to be eligible for further processing”

My question is how is it possible that Immigration officer who had not reviewed my file till 27/04/2012, was able to review my file in next 3 days and issued letter on 30/04/2012.

Please comment?

Dear KNM ... We belonged to the same NOC & the same VO ... but am inprocess with date for one month exactly ..but still no any letter recived  hope i will get responce soon from LVO
