P103 is the Medical Form that should be submitted to the DMP during the medical exam....
It has your photo stuck on it, superimposed with the CHC-london seal and has some options for the DMP to select (Different medical exam outcomes)
It also has your mailing address, visa class, Requesting visa officer, personal id data etc
Quite positive yar, Just one thing that they will reinitiate the process in 2013... Check green lines, I guess you are done with all stages and your SELDEC means interview is not required..... about P103, the mentioned info i found.... |

Yes, its basic (Or original CAIPS). I applied it through my friend in Canada. He paid $ 5CAD  and it took around 30 days. (There are two options in CAIPS form, electronic copy and paper copy. This is from electronic copy. He will still receive paper copy. But I assume that it would be same. Shuaib |

you downloaded this form from CIC website? http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/forms/IMM5563E.pdfMoreover, it is only required on back of the cheque if payment is done through cheque. The details of requester is required. Its not compulsory to write fax however postal address and telephone number is required, specially if hard copies are requested..... |

As I applied through my friend in Canada, so firstly, I filled and signed IMM5475E. Secondly, my friend filled IMM5563E and he put his canada's information in Section C. |

imm1017s is medical forms..ur caips report suggests u passed paper screening and selection and next BFD is in 2013 and medicals are ready to be sent when quota will be there and visa office is willing to send medicals..all the best... |

Be optimistic, the law will save you as CAIPS is a legal doc... They have started processing and passed you for everything... and they also know pople got their CAIPS notes.... so pray for good and keep faith in God.... |
