Gr8. I think you are one of lucky or may be the only applicant. They have entered SELDEC 1 which means "PASSED". Because rest of all applicants with 6 to 12 month wait letter have SELDEC 4 (waived or pending)

Well thats really strange that a case which do not have any document to assess the info, got SELDEC as 1 lucky chap..... congrats....

Now let me highlight one thing.. this 1 & 4 debate might not applies for MI1 cases now as they have handled our cases like anything...... they have completed review till meds & docs requirements, even they have written 'interview waived' or 'Positive Selection decision entered' in number of cases... Above all, people getting notes through the newer system i.e. GCMS are getting eligibility as Passed as there is no 1 & 4 thing in those notes, I guess.... So if I conclude, Qorax and other's opinion about 1 & 4 is based on normal & routine processings where as we are the abnormal ones    
Please correct me if you feel anything different

PA was born in Kampala Uganda, PPT and birth certificate show Pakistan as place of birth, PA is now working in Afghanistan.(I was born in Uganda) but that my parents came to Pakistan a lot of years back, how could I show them birth certificate from Uganda...iam basically from Pakistan, so I had to show birth certificate from Pakistan.--Print meds but keep in file.     21 march 2012

ABOUT THIS "SELDEC 1 and 4" DEBATE: I don't know much, but check the link below. This sample file has VISA ISSUED and SELDEC IS STILL 4. So may be, Seldec 4 (supposidly 'waived') or Seldec 1  (supposidly 'passed') REALLY does not matter
What TRULY matters is that one gets the visa now.

Hi All
It is clearly mentioned in UZB CAIPS notes that "conditional positive seldec entered"  that why he has seldec 1 while in all other cases positive seldec entered in caips notes that why they have seldec 4. Now it has been cleared that seldec 4 mean postive selection decison while seldec 1 mean conditional selection decision.

Kashif the initial part highlighted in red might be ur initial eligibility review which U got thru email and they asked u to submit full doc in 120 days. So nothing to worry
Secondly, they have awarded u required scores and that the birth certificate thing was mentioned but I don't think it's a concern for them.... I suggest not to base any query on ur CAIPS as u already got required points and ur MR is also ready... Inshallah God will bless u with success
