Thoz who got 6-12 months wait letter

Dear Qorax,,

Pls.  suggest me  for the following:

In my CAIPS  they  said in page 2, 

FOSS CHECK DONE:  NO CONCERN

PARVEJ NOC 0231 CITZ OF BANGLADESH, LIVING IN QATAR, SINGLE,  NO CHILDREN

(for the above line, i am not livng in qatar,  even i am not single and and  i have 2 daughters. except this line , every where they mention for my full family and also awarded 4 points from my wife skills.)

Also  they didn't awarded 5 points from my relative even though i submitted all requred documents to proof it.
But they gave me 67 passmark

but in the down part they said :

REQUEST

MEDS X 4
RPRFX 2
REQUEST UPDATED PC FOR KUWAIT
UPDATED FORM
EVEDENCE OF FUND

SIR,  do u think Shall i send them a mail for the relative points as well  as  for the above lie where they said I am single ,living inqatar and no children?

Shall i make reference for them the CAIPS  notes?  Is it  harm for my file?

Yes  , i live in  kuwait.

and at the down,  there are 4 medical forms printed on each name.
also  in   1 place they  said :

 RPRF  PAID

then  down  again said

CORRECTION ON LINE 72, RPRF NOT/NOT PAID - TO BE REQUESTED  X 2 **

with possitive elegibility.

My question is that , will we be interviewed? or Docs update? or will get direct medical?

Dear UZB- there are two forms to be filled, if someone is applying on your behalf. U can find it on CIC website. Fill those forms, sign it, attach the payment (can be through cheque from any canadian bank or online payment receipt)  and send it to the address printed on the form. You can also email the scanned copy of completed forms with proof of online payment if you opt to apply online.

Forms required to be filled are

IMM5475E
IMM5563E

You can search these forms on CIC website and download it from there.

I don't know about others but I would request u to concentrate on the highlighted part to guess the intent/discretion of VO for SELDEC 4 ... Don't get confused ur docs are reviewed as positive, pray for best from great God....

Hi every one,
                    My concern is I provide the proof of funds along with my FSW application back in 2010, and kept the required amount in my account for almost 16 months in a hope that my case will be finalised, but after  16 months wait without any hope, I decided to invest the money in a property due to the rapid devaluation of Pakistani Rs. and bought the property and rented it, I recieved the 6 to 12 months waits letter recently in which they clearly stated that do not resign from your job or sell your house etc until your case is finalised.
My concern is what's happen if they ask me for proof of funds again, can I use the property valuation certificate and explain them the reason of investing the money in property; will this work or I should start thinking about the selling of my property now to arrange the required amount.
