Thoz who got 6-12 months wait letter

I got a second reply from my CSE saying that they had misplaced the "decision letter" and my originals and they will send them on the next available TCS package going to Pakistan, the thing is my new file number still doesn't open and till todate when I check my status on UCI it still shows in-process now I don't know what is this decision letter and I got this reply today after 2 days of my enquiry, any comments? and I think there is a lot for the applicants in this message as I am posting it right now

It is the letter they were trying to send me and they lost it and then they found it and now they are sending I think you didn't look at my post carefully

I guess this would be 6-12 months letter..if it was a rejection they would have told u in their reply..

Got  CAIPS  after  status of  6-12  months  wating letter.

PAPER FILE SENT TO PA FILE BF'D TO : BZZ ON  xx-04-2013 MOCROLOCATOR  -Do i need to wait till this date for the next

PSDEC = 1  ON   XX-03-3-12   
SELDEC = 4  ON   XX-03-3-12   

IMM 1017S  REQUESTED 02-04-2012 --  nothing  so far

POINTS  AWARDED  67 : AM SATISFIEDPI MEETS PASS MARK.  its ok i got 67 mark  but i also  claimed  another 5 points form my aunt with enough  evedence

POF : REQUEST FOR UPDATED EVEDENCEOF FUNDS TO BE MADE Till now nothing , when it can  be

Why some peoples are getting wait letter. Does it mean there case will be accepted or they have to done alot of other applications on which some processing has started?

Their cases are not accepted yet but they are being treated like the applicants who filed their cases prior to feb 2008

Dear mech thank you for your concern, I will never pay Sadqa  for my case I will give Sadqa for my health only, the problem is you don't pay attention what my post says, the letter is already out so nothing can be done and let me tell you one thing decision letter doesn't mean the DM you are talking about in English it means that they decided something and they are sending it

It's ADR's man you don't get that's why they reply me on the 2nd day of my CSE and plus they are sending it on TCS, refusals are sent on regular mail if I am not wrong

Have a look at the caips notes of ppl who got wait letters, their medicals are already prepared and their BFD is April 2013, and they have passed the paper and selection decision..they will get medicals for sure in 2013 ...and they can't be compared to pre2008 applicants..

In 2013 they will get another BF'D so it means 4 years since initial application same thing with 2008 cases

Well and as far as acceptance is concerned, they are already accepted...not four years it would be 3 yrs, n 2008 cases are far more slow than 2010 cases.. U can see the trend..

I think you have not seen the letter being sent out which states "your application for permanent residence has been reviewed by an officer and found to be eligible for further processing.We anticipate being  able to advise you of the next processing steps in 6 to 12 months time". This has been confirmed by CAIPS notes showing PSDEC as 1 meaning paper stage passed. In my notes there are alot of personal things being noted down by the reviewing officer  including request for POF  of 23 k CAD which is a requirement for a family of 5 in the new rules. I hope friends don,t make wrong interpretations of something of which we are not sure.

Lets hope and pray that all of us succeed in pursuit of our goals AMEEN .

The returned applications upto Feb; 2008 are those which were not opened or reviewed by an officer while here the scenario is different. OK another BF,D but its reality these are in process. BF'D is not a final opening date but a probability. Hope in few months time the dust will clear and the picture will be more clearer.
