Hi nizami, Normally all those who received waiting letter have not received original documents as they might be needed at further stage. All whose case are rejected got the documents back. Regards Cool Is there anyone who has received the 6-12 months wait letter and also received their documents back?
The reason I am asking is that all my original documents are with LVO and I have only received the 6-12 months wait letter.

One thing you guys have noticed in New Dehli threads. All those who got IN Process with date in 2012, though have not received any response from their CHC. But few of them applied for CAIPS and found that the number calculation was done. PSDEC and SELDEC was also done on same date as date of of IP. Hope that CHC london is also following the same pratice. Number count na howay to kaam gar bar hai bhai. July 2012 main rule change ho rahe hain and those will be applied retrospectively.  |

When we say "Original documents", what does it mean exactly.....? For me Bank Letters, IELTS, PCC, its not relevant whether they give me back or not. I have not given original education documents. Regards Cool I got 6/12 months wait letter along with all my educational and professional docs. if anyone has received the letter only, its not an issue. do not worry, it differs case to case

this is quite surprising....?. Have you submitted original education documents..? its mentioned in my 6-12 month letter that all irreplaceable docs have been returned. However i have recieved nothing but that letter so far.

original means all professional letters, educational transcripts/degrees. They won't return the PCC, bank letter.. |

Ya it was their requirement to send original educational documents with university seal on the envelop, all the documents I submitted along with professional documents were original..they clearly mentioned that original transcripts and I also attested them from higher education commission Islamabad, so they can be easily verified.
