Those who got the pre medicals done

Hi

I will be applying for study permit in few days, I will be going for pre medicals. I want to know that do they give you some document that is to be submitted with the application form to VFS office.

If yes, after how much time do they give this doc or is it given that time only after the medical examination is done.
