no brov it is not sure they take decision before deadlines of class time..they even dnt care when did u applied... i know may of them in this forum who waiting for last 6 months.. they dont even receive medical call...

well yes after 11 weeks you can file a case against them:P but u cant put behind the bars Tongue dont do anything it wont benefits u
