Thank you so much for your helpful answer. My degrees and transcripts are not in English. I got them translated and notarized 3 years ago before going to US. Can I still submit these copies which were notarized 3 years ago or I need to get recently notarized copies?

Hi, same with our application. None of our copies have been notarized. We just sent every copies that we have to the lawyer, including passport bio page etc. We also went to Bank of America to ask for the letter (all bank accounts) and they provided them for free. We just told them that it's for immigration purposes. We also printed all our bank statements from our home computer (6 months of bank statements) and so far so good. I guess if your VO is Buffalo it doesn't matter. Hope these help. God Bless to us all and good luck! Cheers!  |

what mistake they did in your case?
No mistake from my side, They said I didnt include my passport photocopy and it was in my package. Because of them I wasnt accepted. Lets see what happens this year. |
