please explain your logic behind this theory .... did you received a call from CIC
The logic behind my theory is that last year cic processed all application received till 27 october 2010 TILL THE CAP WAS REACHED and they had returned the application received 28 october onwards....so it is very clear............that their is fair chance of hose applicants who had they application submitted till 8 august 2011

Not to forget that people were waiting since 28th oct last year to submit their application when the cap re-opened in july. So there is a possibility that perhaps 500 applications were received in the first week itself. But on the other hand i think that their cant b a backlog of 1 month... Nd cc/bd has not been charged for other caps also whose application reached on the second week of july... Thats the only positive for now |

Hello Ladies and Gentlemen, Last July 8, 2011 CIO received our application, since then upon waking up in the morning I usually go straight to my computer to check everything that needs to be check. Now after 35 days, I am Happy  to announce that my Credit Card got charged today. I know it's still a long way to go, but I Thank GOD for this initial step. Goodluck to all and God Bless |

hi friends i just want u people to check this although no update is made to the cap but i read the below lines just below the NOC CAPS
*The number of complete Federal Skilled Worker applications received as of August 10, 2011 is approximate.
**Once the cap has been reached, we can only accept applications for this occupation from people with an existing offer of arranged employment.
NOTE: Because application intake fluctuates, these figures are meant as a guide only. There is no guarantee that an application sent in now will fall within the cap.
please read the note does any body has an idea when the CIC has posted this note...........

Hi AlphaMale,
Those notes have been there ever since they implemented the capping last year. The only difference is the "as of ________" date which changes everytime they update the list.
