Hi,

My spouse will be going for the medical check tomorrow and I want to make sure we bring everything we need!

So far we have:

-Passport
-5 passport sized photos
-Appendix C form

Am I missing anything?

Thanks!

A list of any medicines you are taking and I think that's it!

Also, prescription glasses or contact lenses and a copy of your prescription. At least that is what the DMP here in Germany wants. And the fee in cash. Again, just what our doc wants! Best way to know is to phone the office, confirm appt. and ask what they require! Smiley
