Three months ago I submitted an application for study permit, and two months later, on December 9 2008, I received a letter in which they asked me for some more documents. This letter informed me that if I fail sending these documents within 30 day, my application would be rejected. On December 23 2008 I sent the documents requested. FedEx, delivered them on December 24 2008 at 11: 16 and they got H. Boyer signature as he received the package. Two days ago, I got a letter in which they inform me that I did not send the papers they asked for and for that reason my permit was refused. Passport and other very important docs were include in that package, I'm very worry. Besides, in the last letter they sent me, my file number was wrong. I've contacted them by phone, by email, but they just give me evasive answers. Any advice?

what do you mean evasive.

Keep all records and correspondents you have had with them.  Keep on writing to them, when they reply also persist by replying, dont give up.  I am sure they are liable for your unless the courier co. did something with it.  Build your case. I mean politely dont fight them.

It will reach appoint where you will send them all those correspondence, direct to their manager.
