guys wired going on my case after i got approved canada they send stuff to colombo embassy then finally last year july they ask me to pay them right of landing fees and necessary documents i did it last year. since last year july until today i never heard from embassy anything. i checked them January going to office they ask me to wait more .. and last week i went to office and ask them they say same he says evrything with visa officer and told me if they need anything let me know thats what told me then i kindly told them its almost a year now up today .. then they says they understand that and repeated same thing

Yea I would get your sponsor to contact the local MP. I've always got an immediate response, and they've
always done everything they could to help. I've contacted them about 16 times and they always have time to answer questions and do some investigating. I can't imagine waiting a year

The CAIPS notes have all the notes the visa officers who have reviewed your file have made. So there may be some indication there of what they think are problems with your application.

which package i have to select on that notes i dont want to spend more money wich is cheaper and better ? ]

Average processing times in Colombo are 14 months from the date they received the application.  CAIPS cost $5 if your sponsor orders them from within Canada.  What is your sponsor doing in all of this?

what we could do better is we send mail to embassy here since we have consultant.no respond t all  also i have submitted online enqury no respond how much would take for me to apply it from here ?
