This is a public forum about obtaining a Permanent Residents' Visa for Canada. There are many people on here who believe many different things.

Do you really think this is an appropriate place to be preaching your religion to other people?

Cappucciino,
Frankly am quite amazed at your comment. she has not preached any religion she only said 'God'. A lot of persons on the forum believe in one form of God or the other and hence you should not snap at anybody for bringing God into discuss. Some of us strongly believe there is God somewhere who look after us and after all that concerns us and we cant but encourage others to know that they are never alone.

Thanks

Hi friends,
I have applied under the fast track skilled immigrant category 2 years ago for my husband and I , me being the main applicant. Within a few months all our papers were ready and we did the medical test and sent it back to CHC london last year, from that time, we are stuck in the " Routine Background check" as they name it for a YEAR now, My life is has become a complete mess, few months back I resigned from my job and we were ready to move but a lot of things changed during that time which has brought me to the point that I don't feel like going and living in Canada anymore.
My husband is still so interested and now my question is : Since I am the main applicant and if the damn visa ever comes he will be under mine, is it possible that I pay a visit to canada and come back , can he still live and work there by himself ?
I 'd appreciate the seniors' feedback on this matter.
Thanks

My dear i feel you and do very well understand your predicament. I would however advise that you order Caips note so you can understand what is actually going on in your case. You can also send them an email so you can hear thier response. someone on another thread sent a mail last week only to be told that they had sent a PPR request mail to him earlier on 15th Dec which he never got. So i strongly advise you order caips and also send an email.

Cheers

She said:

"God doing his thing.Man proppses but God disposes."

and then in her signature:

"The blessings Of God added no sorrow.Amen"

A little more than just saying the word "God". I am sorry I do not wish to offend anyone, truly I don't, and I respect people's right to believe whatever they wish, but equally I feel that people who do not believe in God should not have the religious views of others forced on them, on a forum about Canada immigration.

I am not snapping, but I strongly feel it is very inappropriate on this forum. I am sure there are a great number of religious forums which would be a far more appropriate outlet, for those that wish to read it.

Guys...

There is really no need to divert our attention from the main thrust of the matter which is to encourage and advise Sharanelly. I believe in GOD Almighty and i do not think i want to force anybody to believe in my own GOD. Please ignore any post that does not interest you.

Sharanelly - i know of several people who waited for 6years to get their PR visa. No good thing comes that easy! Please cheer up. Send a case specific enquiry to the VO and know the status. Please do not back out now that it's within reach!

Thx, KC
